- Free Cost
Estimates - Fax or e-mail a copy of your document for a free
translation cost estimate.
- Hire CG
AMERICAS - Sign and fax back your cost estimate in order to
begin your document translation. CG AMERICAS requires a 50 percent
retainer fee on all translation projects.
- Timeline
- The turnaround time for each translation project will be estimated
on an individual basis based on the complexity of the project.
- Selection
of Translators -Based on professional expertise and knowledge
of subject matter (i.e., business, economics, industrial engineering,
law, medicine, and computer science).
- Legibility
of Documents - The cost of the translation is higher if the
copy of the document is of inferior quality or difficult to
read.
- Rush Jobs
- Clients under a tight deadline will be charged 25 to 100 percent
above our regular rates for rush translations.
- Change
Fee - Once a job is accepted, the cost of changes, additions,
or deletions will be charged on an hourly basis. If changes
are significant, a new cost estimate will be provided to the
client.
- Cancellation
Fee - Costs incurred for a canceled job will be billed to the
client based on an hourly rate.
