I. Managing Your Spanish-Speaking Workforce
Your English-speaking managers will:

You will be trained in:

• Basic Spanish communications skills
• Industry-specific words and phrases

Teaching Methodology

• Tailor Spanish training to individual client's Needs
• Emphasis on conversation (No English!)
• Basic grammar
• No more than 10 students per class
• All instructors are native-fluency speakers
• Focus on understanding language, culture, and business customs

Levels of Proficiency

• Introductory Spanish (No Prior Spanish language training)

  An introductory student will be taught to understand basic sentences and be able to communicate with simple sentences. Some basic grammar concepts will be discussed to develop an understanding of the Spanish language. Students will also start building a basic vocabulary. A high emphasis will be given to pronunciation.

• Beginning Spanish

A beginning student who has some previous Spanish language training will be taught to understand simple Spanish conversations related to business and family life. They will be exposed to real-life business situations involving Spanish-speaking employees from Mexico, Argentina, and Spain. In addition, they will have the opportunity to read and understand Spanish in real-life situations through magazines, newspapers, and videos. At the work level, students will be able to interact with clients and colleagues when the subject is predictable and in their field of knowledge. A high emphasis will be placed on Spanish pronunciation and conversation.
